Rules & Regulations

The following rules and regulations are required by our insurance provider and are strictly enforced to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all riders, families, staff, and spectators.

 

1. Waivers & Facility Entry

• All riders, spectators, parents, and guests must complete and sign a liability waiver prior to entry (once a year).

• No waiver = no access to the facility.

• Wristbands must be worn at all times while on site.

• Anyone on the property without a wristband will be required to leave.

 

2. Minors (Under 18 Years of Age)

• Both legal parents or guardians must be listed on the minor waiver.

• Waivers must be completed in full prior to riding.

• A parent or legal guardian must remain on site at all times while a minor is riding.

• If a parent or legal guardian cannot attend, a notarized minor waiver may be required and must be approved by management prior to arrival.

• Friends, coaches, or relatives may not sign on behalf of a minor unless they are a legal guardian.

 

3. Rider Safety Requirements

• Riders must wear approved protective gear at all times while riding, including:

  • DOT-approved helmet

  • Boots

  • Long pants

  • Long sleeves

• Additional protective equipment is strongly recommended.

• No riding without full safety gear—no exceptions.

 

4. Track Use & Riding Conduct

• Riding is permitted only during scheduled practice sessions or events

• No free riding or riding outside designated sessions.

• Riders must travel in the correct direction at all times.

• Reckless riding, unsafe behavior, or failure to obey track rules or flag signals will result in immediate removal from the track without refund.

 

5. Flags, Medics & Emergency Procedures

• All riders must obey flag signals immediately.

• In the event of an incident, riders must follow all instructions from track staff.

• Emergency access routes must remain clear at all times.

• Track officials, flaggers, and medical staff have final authority on all safety-related decisions.

 

6. Spectator Rules

• Spectators must remain in designated viewing areas.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Do not cross fences, barriers, or track boundaries.

• All safety fencing and posted signage must be obeyed at all times.

 

7. Alcohol, Drugs & Conduct

• Alcohol, drugs, and impaired riding are strictly prohibited.

• Anyone suspected of impairment will be removed from the facility immediately.

• Aggressive, abusive, or unsafe behavior toward staff or guests will not be tolerated.

 

8. Refund Policy

• Once practice or an event has started, there are NO refunds.

• Fees are non-refundable due to weather, injury, or removal for rule violations.

• Track management reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel activities due to safety concerns.

 

9. Assumption of Risk

• Motorsports are inherently dangerous.

• By entering the facility, all participants and spectators acknowledge and accept the risks involved.

 

10. Management Rights

• Track management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual for failure to follow these rules.

• These rules are enforced in accordance with our insurance policy and are non-negotiable.

11. Dog Policy 

• Dogs and other pets are permitted only if they are leashed at all times.

• Leashes must be non-retractable and under the control of a responsible adult.

• Pets are not allowed on the track, or in any restricted areas.

• Owners are fully responsible for their animals at all times.

• Aggressive, disruptive, or uncontrolled animals must be removed from the facility immediately.

• Track management reserves the right to deny entry or request removal of any animal for safety reasons.
