For the safety and legal protection of all riders & spectators must have a signed wavier on file prior to entering the park. All participants under the age of 18 must have a completed and signed waiver form and must have a parent or legal guardian present at the track during all practice sessions. ​

 

 

IF BOTH LEGAL GUARDIANS WILL NOT BE PRESENT -TEMPORARY AUTHORIZED ADULT GUARDIAN IS NEEDED 

• Parental consent form for minors under 18 years old must be completed in advance.  

• This form must be signed by both parents or legal guardian as well as the Temporary Authorized Adult. This form must also be notarized to be considered valid and accepted.  

• Take it to a Notary Public and have it notarized (notary seal/stamp required)

• You will need one for Lake Elsinore Raceway to keep and one for the Guardian/Authorized Adult to keep ​
